All Hydra-Blade purchases are final. Due to the specialized nature of our products, packaging requirements, and shipping costs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Please review all product descriptions, system requirements, compatibility information, and shipping details before completing your purchase. If you are unsure whether a Hydra-Blade system is the right fit for your machine, please complete our System Fit Check before ordering.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, missing parts, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@hydra-blade.com. We may request photos, videos, packaging details, or other information to help us review the issue.

If we determine that the issue was caused by damage in transit, a manufacturing defect, or an error on our part, we will work with you to provide an appropriate resolution.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law.
